SHORT STAY TOURIST VISA – up to 3 months
Citizens of the following countries wishing to visit Australia for up to 3 months may apply for a Tourist ETA (Electronic Travel Authority): Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Vatican City.

LONG STAY TOURIST VISA – up to 6 months
A Long Stay Tourist Visa permits you to stay in Australia for recreational purposes for up to 6 months. Unlike the Short Stay Tourist Visa this visa is not available electronically and must be applied for.
